Torrey

About Torrey

Torrey is a gentle soul who could be a great help for someone trying to calm down or train a puppy. She is quiet most of the day, barks at other dogs and when she meets them, her tail wags. It is the same with people. We tell her we see the person/dog and thank her for alerting us and she will quiet down. If she’s barking outside, there is a reason so best to go check it out. She stays close by. Sometimes she will sit on our toes. She used to be ok at the dog park but she became too protective with age and didn’t play with other dogs but instead “stood watch”. Food: she eats half a can of Kirkland with a scoop of Kirkland dry twice a day – morning and night. She spends most of the day in the backyard but enjoys time inside in her crate where she can be “off the clock and secure. She used to sleep in our bedroom but has trouble getting up the stairs now so she sleeps in a bed in the garage. Applicants are typically contacted within two to three days from submission.
