Groot is a Great Dane mix, 4 years old. He is good with other dogs and weighs 118 pounds, and we are working to get him to 130. He walks well in a harness and appears to be potty trained. He rides well in the car and is medium to high energy. Groot is a bundle (or two!) of bouncy energy and … infectious enthu-siasm. Groot’s spirit is as spunky as they come, and he’s always ready to play and eager to receive affection. He’s the life of the party, social and friendly with new faces, making friends wherever he goes. Groot’s zest for life is perfectly complemented by his love for daily walks, which he eagerly anticipates each morning. If you’re in search of a four-legged companion with plenty of pep in his step and an unquenchable spirit of adventure, Groot is ready to share his exuberance and love with the family who will be his for-ever home. Groot is neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and heartworm positive. Groot is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms and expected to make a full recovery.
