Quinn is a two-year-old stunning Great Pyrenees. He would do best in a home with one adult who will understand and respect his needs and who is looking for a buddy. Quinn is a working breed/guardian and needs a special home, but he is not a farm dog and can not be left outside 24/7. Being a guard … dog we never know what he will guard. Sometimes he will even guard rocks, apples and anything in his orbit. He is known to guard his food and protect his bowl, which is classic Great Pyrenees behavior. Quinn needs a human companion that is dog savvy and understands the working breeds. Quinn needs someone who can be a positive and trusting leader for him. He would also love a nice piece of land to call his own. He is not a city boy or an apartment dweller. We are looking for a home that DOES NOT have children, small dogs or cats. Quinn will need a large fenced yard and someone who is home more than away. Quinn loves long walks and is wonderful on leash! He participated in the Sequim Irrigation Festival Parade and was wonderful as he trotted in front of a loud band and greeted everyone on the sidelines. Quinn might benefit from a large dog companion, he especially LOVES the girls! Our dogs are fed a nutrient rich dog food named NutriSource. Our experience is a high quality dog food keeps vet bills down and well-being high. If you have any questions please email and visit our website to fill out an Adoption Application. Adoption donation fee is $400. (Please understand this adoption donation goes towards helping all the dogs we rescue.)
