Say hello to Willie! Before Willie was welcomed to Petrescue, he was in a home where his owners could not take proper care of him. Fortunately a neighbor intervened and Willie was surrendered to a shelter, and then to a foster home. His foster mom says that he is very affectionate, loves to be held … and is very well behaved.
