Zoe

About Zoe

Adorable Zoe is a spayed female, 9 months old and 22 lbs. Zoe was discovered in a rural area when she was about 5 months old. Since it was difficult to find food, she was always in hunger that no one knew how she survived. One day, when a nice lady came to that place, she saw a bony puppy limping happily toward her. The puppy’s bright eyes and friendly smile soon dragged her attention to stop and feed her. By looking at Zoe’s desperate eyes and limping leg, she knew it was destined for her to help this puppy. Under thorough physical examination and X-ray inspection, the vet found three BB shots in Zoe’s skinny body. Two BBs were at the back and the stomach in Zoe’s body, and one was stocked on her right rear tibia which caused the tibia fracture to make her limp. The lady couldn’t bear to see sweet Zoe suffer; she asked the vet to cure her as much as he could. Zoe had scheduled surgery to remove the BB shots after one week of nutritious supplements. The surgery went well. Two BB shots were successfully removed from her body but the one stocked in the tibia had already been covered by the bone tissues making it dangerous to remove. To save Zoe’s let, the vet placed a cast to help the fracture recover. Zoe was in very good care in the hospital. A few weeks later, she recovered beautifully to the proper weight and walks/ runs nicely as a healthy normal pup. Zoe is a naïve and joyful puppy. Regardless she was injured by humans that almost lost her life, she never loses trust in humans. Zoe is doing well with dogs and children. She is playful yet very kind toward most of the creatures. Adorable Zoe is sociable. She enjoys daily walks in the park to meet people and new dogs. She is playful with doggie friends but a little hesitant toward big-size dogs. Zoe has no food aggression toward humans. However, she prefers to eat away from other dogs. That makes her feel more comfortable. Zoe is well-behaved at home that hardly barks and plays mischievously. Smart Zoe learns to sit and wait before getting food and treats. She likes to play tug of war. When Zoe is happily playing with dogs outdoors, she barely responds to recall. Therefore, a puppy school is highly recommended for Zoe. Adorable Zoe is now ready to find a home of her own.
