Vanilla Bean

Here comes Vanilla Bean, a sweet and affectionate pup with an interesting lineage. Born on December 31, 2023, her mother is a Catahoula Leopard dog, although the breed of her father is unknown. Vanilla Bean had a unique start in life, being bottle-fed from around 3 or 4 weeks old after her mother … disappeared. As a result, she has received plenty of hands-on attention and is incredibly friendly. She warmly welcomes everyone she meets and is known for her playful nature and love for affection. Although she is not yet housetrained, she shows promising progress while in her kennel. With a little training, she should quickly grasp the concept. Vanilla Bean finds joy in playing with toys and particularly delights in tasty treats. She has been exposed to children during their visits to the shelter and has interacted well with them. While she has also encountered other dogs at the kennel, a meet and greet would be necessary to ensure compatibility with your pet. It’s important to note that Vanilla Bean is not yet spayed, but the procedure will be performed when the veterinarian determines she is old enough.
