Say hi to Rudy! He was at the shelter and was a matted mess but he is feeling good now! Rudy is nine pounds (needs to gain a couple pounds) and about two years old. This Shih Tzu mix immediately snuggles into your neck when you pick him up and it is absolutely adorable. He still has to learn house … manners so you will need to show him the way. Rudy loves playing with other dogs and is super friendly and loving. This sweet, adorable boy just needs a home with loving, patient humans who are willing to give him the time needed to learn how to be in a home…and just be a confident companion!
