About Rafferty
Rafferty is a 1-year-old 20ish pound cutie. We suspect he is a Chihuahua mix but we can’t be sure. He was rescued from a hoarding case with a few other smaller dogs. Being that his life wasn’t great up until a few weeks ago, he is still learning how to be a dog – house training and home life in … general are new to him, but he is getting the hang of it and is doing well in his foster home! Rafferty is a pint size boy that will work for many adopters. He is portable. He is lovable. He is cuddly. And he is adorable.
