“Howdy, folks! Possum here coming to you from the comfiest spot in the house-a lap. As you can see, I am an older gentleman. My exact age is unknown, but I think I’m about 12. I am still getting around well, and loving the life of not being in a shelter or on the streets. I am a total sweetheart, … and will cuddle endlessly if you let me. I do well with other dogs and humans, but I can be a little grumpy if I’m getting attention and others try to interrupt. I would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy children. Since I am a senior fella, I’m pretty mellow, and don’t need a lot of running or walking, although little walks sound like a wonderful time. I am very loyal after I decide you’re mine, so if you decide to meet me, don’t be put off by my tough guy exterior. I’m still learning that humans can be kind and gentle.
