Phinnie is an adorable, 10-year-old, 9lb Papillon mix who was found alone in an abandoned building and came to us to find a better life. Phinnie is quite the sweet girl who gets along well with other dogs and likes to be a part of things. She walks well on leash and loves to be carried. She is hard … of hearing and is possibly fully deaf, but this doesn’t take away from her loving personality. This girl is just the sweetest, and she will make the perfect addition to your family.
