Keira is a special case and requires a specific situation. Keira is fearful of … people and does not easily trust. She can be skittish and is a flight risk if not contained properly. She will build trust with her people after a long period of time spent together and trust building, but she is not a people dog. She is a dog’s dog. She prefers to be with her dog friends and spends her days out in a play yard with 5-7 other dogs. Keira will need a home that understands and is ok with the fact she is not a super lovey dog that will want human attention. If you are looking for a happy and outgoing dog that loves attention from people, she is not your girl. Keira will do best in an adult only home that is patient in building her trust and ok with her being aloof and doing her own thing most the time. She is well mannered and does great hanging out in a fenced yard with her dog friends. Keira will thrive in a home with a large fenced yard outside of the city. She is not an apartment/condo/townhome dog. Keira requires at least one other dog around her size in the home, and herding breed experience. Keira is UTD on shots, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $400.
