Welcome Hazel to Pei People! This happy & lucky gal is full of energy and always ready to play. She was estimated to be 8 years old by the shelter but is likely younger due to her energy, we think 4-5 years old. When she arrived at the shelter it was discovered she had horrible teeth (likely why … the shelter thought she was older) since then she has had a dental and now has pretty pearly white teeth! She is also spayed, heartworm negative and fully vaccinated. She currently weighs about 30lbs but does need to gain at least 5-10 lbs. She loves to eat so weight gain should be an easy task for her! She is currently fostered with 2 other dogs, (1 shar pei and 1 heeler). She loves to play with the heeler and they match each other’s energy perfect. So she would do great with an active housemate or active family. We have not had her around kids, but due to her energy level older kids would be best or close supervision around smaller kids so she does not accidently knock them over.
