They aren’t your average fluff balls. They are a herding breed and thrive with Frisbee and Agility … training In the fields they’re stunning! The beloved Aussie needs stimulation. Runners wanted! They can play the Rodeo Clown and distract a full grown Bull with their wit. They nip at the heels of cattle and can put every cow in the correct stall! Imagine a 30lb creature round up 50 cows well over 1000 lbs! These Genius dogs would never thrive in an apartment and they will “Herd” children, so young children are not suitable for these dogs. Previous dog experience is necessary and training raining will be beneficial if you’re not Aussie savvy. Please do your research before applying. The adoption fee includes current vaccines health certificate, bordertella, microchip and neuter at our rescue vet. This must be done by 6 months old per contract and will be in place. If you choose your vet or clinic you will be reimbursed $100.00 upon proof.
