Adoption applications should be filled out to expedite the process. Chip is a male Papillion-Chi mix. Adoption fee is $450. He is neutered, micro-chipped, Heartworm neg & on prevention, vaccinated. No known health problems. Chip is 5 pounds of sweetness and loves attention. He was picked up from … the streets by a good Samaritan who tried to locate his owner without success. Chip is about 6 and recently had a dental. Chip is house trained and uses a doggie door. He sleeps all night without a peep in a crate in his foster’s bedroom. He gets along with the other dogs in his foster home and loves to play with them in the backyard. He will be a devoted pet. Monthly Meet & Greets (12:00 – 2:00): Petco (in Leander) every 1st Saturday of the month. Pet Supplies Plus (Parmer & Mopac) every third Saturday of the month. Please note: Due to their size, our dogs are not suitable for homes with children under 5. We do not have a facility, so all dogs are fostered in the homes of our volunteers. Our goal is to place our dogs in safe, stable and loving homes in the Austin Metropolitan area. Thanks for looking! Many health issues are taken care of before a dog leaves a rescue: spaying, neutering, immunizations, dental care, and in some cases major surgery.
