Introducing Bailey Blue, the enchanting 4-year-old pure bred Siberian Husky. This magnificent beauty is a little on the chunkier side, weighing a solid 75 pounds. With her mesmerizing red and white coat and captivating light blue eyes, Bailey Blue is an absolute head-turner. When it comes to canine … companions, she gets along famously with dogs her size, as well as smaller pups. Even a slightly dominant boy dog couldn’t help but fall head over paws for her at the Rescue. Bailey Blue has a proven track record of successfully cohabitating with children, and she’s been introduced to cats under careful supervision. In terms of manners, she’s already mastered the art of potty training, walks like a dream on a leash, and behaves impeccably during car rides. One particularly endearing quality is that she doesn’t jump up to greet you, which is truly a delightful trait. Maintaining her stunning appearance will require regular brushing to keep her beautiful coat looking its best. We’re hoping to find Bailey Blue a new family with prior experience owning huskies, as they understand the unique needs of these majestic dogs. Given her luxuriant coat, she would thrive in cooler climates, particularly in the northern regions, where she can revel in the chilly weather. Bailey Blue is perfectly comfortable around children, with a suggested minimum age of 8 years old. As huskies have a penchant for exploration, a secure fenced yard would be a dream come true for her. Currently located in Texas, she’s available for adoption both locally and through our trusted transporters, who can bring her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont, Connecticut, and all along the East Coast. Regrettably, we are unable to facilitate adoptions in Rhode Island and Massachusetts due to specific state regulations.
