Alfie was rescued along with his unwanted littermates from the streets of Texas. While his siblings have found their forever homes, Alfie is still searching for his perfect … match. He’s a gentle and playful pup who takes a little time to warm up, but once he does, he becomes a loyal and silly companion. Alfie has enjoyed the company of his foster siblings, gaining confidence and loving romps in the backyard. He’s making great progress with crate and potty training, and with a patient and soft-hearted family, he’ll thrive. At 4 months old and weighing around 20-25 pounds, Alfie is expected to be a large-sized dog. A fenced-in yard and an active adoptive family would be a bonus for this athletically built pup.
