Winston(fleetwood)

Since Fleetwood was a stray, we do not know a lot about his background. What we do know is that Fleetwood is a friendly, fun dog with lots of energy!! He might even be the perfect jogging buddy? At only two years old, he is still exploring the world, wagging his tail on his walks and wanting to go … to other dogs he sees outside, as if to say “let’s play”! Fleetwood gets very excited in his kennel when it’s time to go out, but will walk by all the barking dogs he passes on the way and pay them no mind. He is still young and pulls a bit on the leash, but he is treat motivated, so that will help make training easier. He likes to run around in the play yard, sniffing and looking around and when he sees another dog, he is all set to say “hello” – tail wagging the whole time. Fleetwood has not been to playgroups yet, so we do not know his play style and his reaction to other dogs when off leash, although he certainly seems to like other dogs. Fleetwood has very nice markings – black with white feet, chest and blaze on his nose – a handsome dog! Fleetwood is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is micro-chipped, and will be neutered prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times. Fleetwood has black and white coat. He is 2 years old and weighs about 59lbs.
