This poor guy had a tough start in life, coming from an Amish puppy mill where he spent his entire existence as a breeding dog. It’s no wonder he’s understandably scared, but luckily, he’s found refuge in one of our … amazing foster homes. Turnip is currently decompressing and slowly learning the ropes, including the art of walking on a leash. In his foster home, he’s making great progress, but it’s important to note that he spent his entire 7 years in a crate, so he’s not accustomed to living in a home just yet. Potty training is still a work in progress, but with a patient and understanding adopter, he’ll get the hang of it in no time. We’re really looking for someone who can go the distance with Turnip as he adjusts to home life.
