About Toledo
Toledo has had a horrible life. His first 10 years he was chained, starved, and just never any attention. Finally, animal cruelty investigators forced them to surrender him to the Houston City Shelter where he quickly went on the euthanasia list. A crappy rescue pulled him, but then abandoned him … at a horrific boarding facility that just neglected him for another year. He has now been fully vetted and is healthy enough to go up for adoption. Of course, his perfect family may be hard to find; he does not know how to play with other dogs and will need to be the only dog. He is super chill, and has no separation anxiety….but he loves toys and will go nuts over a squeaky!!!
