Isaac comes all the way from Azerbaijan (former Soviet Union) to find his family! This brave boy is a true survivor and so grateful to have been saved from a harrowing existence on the street, which includes a spinal injury from a stray dog disposal squad attempting to beat him to death. … Remarkably, Isaac’s past has not dampened his spirit or his sweetness. He is a cheerful, affectionate soul who is open to all that his next chapter holds in store for him. This sweet boy is 8 years old, neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated, and has his own international pet passport. He is great with dogs, kids, cats, and weighs 60 pounds. Isaac is a couch potato for most of the day, and enjoys nice walks and cuddles in the interim. We are looking for a very special home for this boy who needs to make up for lost time, someone who can show him some scenery and give him plenty of attention and affection and gentle walks. Can you be the person to show him how much joy and kindness there is waiting just for him in the world? Since Isaac cannot take long walks, but loves to be outdoors, a fenced in yard without too many steps to get to it would be ideal. He loves other dogs and is great with his foster’s cat as well!
