Strawberry Dream

“Hey Ya’ll! I’m Strawberry and I’m as sweet as my name sounds. I can be shy when first meeting new people, but that shyness wears off quickly and I warm up to show you my wiggly affectionate self. I love food and belly rubs. I’ve also mastered the art of “sit”, “wait”, “focus”, and I am working on … “heel”. I’m an only dog home due to fear of other dogs. I’m fine seeing them far away, but up close makes me nervous. I prefer older kids, because young kids are overwhelming and scary. I’ve been here at the shelter for a while, patiently waiting for a home. Since I’ve been waiting for a place to call home for over 2 months, my adoption fee has been waived and I’m free! Recommendations: Low car traffic area (due to fear of cars and loud noises). Low dog traffic area.
