SILVIE

About SILVIE

United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed below. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal’s ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue. Silvie (#A5567964) is a stunning 3-year-old cream and grey spayed female Siberian Husky/German Shepherd mix who was brought to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray on July 18. Weighing 68 lbs, Silvie has beautiful Husky-light blue eyes with a soft pretty coat. A frisky young adult, she has a fun push/pull playstyle and enjoys energetically dancing outside. She’s so full of life and would love a companion or family who shares this adventurous, outdoor spirit. Huskies are brilliant animals and would do well in a home that leads an active lifestyle, provides daily exercise, and offers mental stimulation and continued training. Silvie knows basic commands like “sit” and is very social with other dogs. She’s also social with people and loves laying in the grass, soaking up the sun and belly rubs. Silvie would be an excellent companion and faithful friend for someone who appreciates all that huskies have to offer and can provide the exercise, attention, and affection she needs. For more information on this pet, contact volunteer UHA Adoption Coordinator Cali at [email protected].
