Sierra is a female shepherd husky mix, 5 months old, 38 lbs with hazel eyes. She has high puppy energy. She is very smart and can be easily trained. She is dog friendly, people/kid friendly. She is potty trained, crate trained and loves peanut butter Kongs. “I am Sierra – a beautiful, well-behaved … 5-month-old shepherd/husky puppy that needs a family. I was found with my sister, River, abandoned at a gas station. Because we were so friendly and loving, we were both rescued and now looking for a forever home. I am very loving, gentle, love to play outside, and I’m learning to walk on a leash. I am house trained, crate trained for overnight sleep and for 3 hours when left alone in the house (crate and peanut butter Kong required), and I always sit before I eat or receive a treat. I love other dogs, all people, and rides in the car. I have a lot of puppy energy and I run very fast. I like to run to catch balls, but I haven’t yet figured out how to return the balls. I love strong chew bones to help me manage my young teeth and going to doggie daycare is really fun. I would be a great fit for a family with kids or an active single person. My foster mom says I’m very smart, attentive, and always curious about new things. I love to run and a fenced yard would be best for my natural husky style. A local trainer who I have met and really love will donate three training sessions to the adoptive person/family. I will be spayed and micro-chipped along with a full veterinary checkup and vaccines.
