Scooter has a unique habit of spending almost as much time on two legs as he does on four, adding an extra dose of cuteness to his overall appeal. He’s … both dog and kid friendly, although he may initially be a bit shy. While Scooter can be a bit vocal at times, his foster mom believes he could adapt well to apartment living as long as his humans are around frequently. Currently located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Scooter is in foster care and we kindly request that all potential adopters travel to Colorado for the adoption process, as we do not provide transportation services.
