Sasha

About Sasha

This beautiful girl named Sasha came into a rural NC shelter several months ago after her owner suffered a stroke and could no longer care for her. The poor girl was so frightened, she was growling during vaccinations and could not be put on the adoption floor. Our rescue took her in on the day she was supposed to be euthanized. Sasha has been great with all people she has met and her foster family loves her, but she has not been great with their small dogs. It has been too much to handle. Sasha is house trained and has great house manners. She is quiet and calm in the house. She would do best as an only pet since we don’t know which type of dog she will get along with. We recommend no small children, but she has been wonderful with adults. Sasha is very healthy, current on vaccinations, spayed and heartworm negative.
