Walk-ins are always welcome! To ensure you have the opportunity to meet Sammy before making a … decision, you can reserve them for an event of your choice by paying a non-refundable deposit of $50. Simply make the deposit to our Venmo or Zelle account (619-918-2142 under the name of Amazing Dogs) and include your telephone number for reference. This deposit will be deducted from the adoption fee. In the event that you choose not to adopt one of our Amazing Dogs, the $50 will be considered compensation for transportation costs. Every dog in our care comes with a health record, having received comprehensive medical attention, including vaccinations, deworming, anti-flea/tick medication, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. Our adoption fee is set at $500, with the exception of California, where the fee for puppies under a year old is $600. Please view this fee not as a purchase price for the dog, but rather as a tax-deductible donation to our charity, which enables us to continue our important work and care for over 250 dogs in our shelter.
