“Hi, my name is Sam and I am looking for my forever home. I came to Minnesota and Twin Cities Pet Rescue from Texas in May. I am the momma of the litter of 12 wonderful puppies that came to TCPR in January. I came a little later because I was heartworm positive and I was treated to cure it before … coming to Minnesota. I do have lots of energy, love to play fetch, and tend to get excited easily. When I am not playing I love to cuddle when sitting on the couch watching TV. I do sleep in my kennel at night however would prefer have someone in the room with me. I am working on being left alone as I do bark at times. I enjoy being outside whenever I can and like taking walks; however I do tend to smell everything and am still working on walking on a leash. I’m a pro at potty training and will let you know when I need to go out. My favorite toy is a pink pig that I brought with me from Texas and I sleep with it every night. I do sit well when told and I’m working on other trainings like down and shake. In my Texas foster home, I spent a lot of time with small children, and I adored them!! My ideal forever home would have a fenced yard where I can run and play fetch. I would also like to have younger or playful dogs that I can play with or it would also be ok if I am the only dog. Apartments or shared walls are not allowed for me as I do express myself when left alone.” Adoption Fee: $525 + applicable taxes.
