Ruger came back to Furry Friends Network after his family who adopted him in 2020 had a baby and no longer wanted him. Sadly, Ruger is currently living in a kennel because there wasn’t any space for him. We are hoping he will get a chance to enter the Hounds of Prison Education program soon so he … can polish his obedience skills. Ruger is approximately 3 years old and weighed 58 pounds at his recent vet visit. He is a lovable guy who just wants to feel loved. Ruger would prefer to live with someone who works from home as he is not a huge fan of the crate. He loves to go for walks and car rides, so would love an active human. He lived with other dogs when he was in foster care previously but has never had experience with cats. We will post more about Ruger as we get to know him all over again.
