About Opal
Opal’s adoption fee is $399. She has already been spayed, had her first vaccines and micro-chipped. We do require all adopters at the time of adoption to purchase a year supply of heartworm prevention. In order to make the application process easier, please bring vaccine records for any pets in the … household, lease or rental agreements if applicable, and anyone over the age of 21 in the house will be required to co-sign. Feel free to stop by our office and visit with her. We are open Monday through Friday from 7am – 5pm, and Saturday 7am – 3pm.
