“Hi there! My name is Nora and I am an approximately 12-week-old puppy. I was found as a stray in Detroit and not claimed during my stray period while at Detroit Animal Control. Thankfully the awesome people there reached out on social media looking for a rescue to come take me and my foster momma, … Angela just couldn’t say no. I currently live in a house with 4 human boy siblings (2 young ones and 2 teenagers). I also am being fostered with 2 other puppies my age and my foster mom has two sweet adult dogs too. We’ve gotten lots of exposure to kids, noises, different people, and environments since going to our foster home. I am still working on potty training as I am not fully vaccinated just yet, so we’ve been using potty pads indoors to start potty training to make sure I don’t catch any sick outside. I’m also starting to learn about walking on the leash and sitting like a little lady. I weigh about 12lbs currently and am expected to be a medium sized dog when full grown. A fence or very active household is preferred for me, I’d also love a friendly doggy playmate or children siblings too. I will be fully vaccinated, micro-chipped, have a negative fecal test, be starting on Simparica TRIO (monthly heart worm/flea/tick prevention) and my neuter is covered at the rescue’s preferred vet once I am old enough too.
