Manny Maverick is a smiley guy! His smile might be my absolute favorite thing about him with the exception of his ears. Those are a given to fall in love with. Manny is always smiling, and he instantly puts a smile on everyone’s faces. He has a very gentle old soul about him and the kindest eyes. … Don’t let the pictures fool you, he’s a little guy and not very big! He’s more on the shorter side, but no so short that he needs help getting into the car. He can do that all by himself. Manny is a really mellow guy and is low energy and can live in house with a backyard or even in an apartment or condo. He doesn’t require a whole lot of exercise and will be a great couch snuggler, errand buddy, or join you on a leisurely walk in the park or neighborhood. He is dog friendly and would do best in home with dogs that have the same mellow temperament like him. He’s not a very playful guy and is more the type to just hang back and watch the other dog’s play. Although we do not know if he’s ever lived with a cat, he also passed our cat test with flying colors! With any new dog, supervision is always key. He walks well on a leash and is also very motivated which will help with any additional training. Manny is crate trained and seems to be potty trained as well. We are willing to test this dog with anything you need us to in order to ensure it’s the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Out-of-town pets are cared for by non-local organizations who can make arrangements for the pet to be transported to your area.
