Lupo

Lupo is a very handsome, goofy, and social 3.5-year-old mixed breed pooch who is losing his home and his family at no fault of his own. His family is experiencing some life changes and can no longer care for Lupo. Lupo is very loved by all who know him – and although we are heartbroken for him, we … are certain that we can find a home for him that will give him a stable and loving life. Lupo currently weighs around 50 pounds, is neutered, and up to date on all vaccines. Besides some seasonal allergies, Lupo is a healthy boy. Lupo is described by his family as “super loving, loves everything and everyone – and is the sweetest dog.” Lupo is very social with humans, other dogs – and even cats! He’s always wagging his tail and ready to give welcome kisses to anyone who walks in the door! Slow introductions to new canine and feline siblings are a must – but once adjusted, Lupo would be a wonderful addition to someone’s tribe! Lupo is potty-trained, but due to the many changes in routine and changes in his home, he has had a few accidents. We’re certain and confident that once Lupo is in a home with an individual or family who can give him the time and attention he deserves, accidents will cease. Lupo would love a fenced-in backyard, but we realize that isn’t always attainable! If no fenced-in backyard, Lupo would do well with a family who can take him on a walks throughout the day to keep him active! He’s a medium-energy boy but still enjoys the sights, sounds, and smells of the outdoors – and he sure deserves it after this huge transition in his life. We’re excited to start our search for Lupo’s new home – he is such a well-rounded boy with a happy-go-lucky spirit. He would be the most wonderful addition to a family. We kindly request homes with children over 10 years old for all of our adoptive homes. Lupo is looking for an immediate foster home – or we’re open to a foster-to-adopt home.
