Lotto shared her bark park delight with the photographer as she approached him, stood on her hind legs, and reached up for a caring touch. In her past, Lotto hadn’t had that opportunity very often. Her only contact was with a human who didn’t provide much attentive support. On this day, Lotto showed that she hadn’t lost her playful nature as she, and another pup that had shared the limited human contact, romped in friendly competition for the colorful owl squeaky. Both Lotto and her doggy friend Black Ruby, are up for adoption at the Humane Society for Animals in Rogers, AR.
