Joy Noel

Joy Noel was named after her infinite tail wags, kisses, and jolly vibes. Just talking to this girl has her tail going 100 mph and all the wiggles. Joy is estimated to be around 3 years old and is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and scheduled to be spayed. Unfortunately Joy was found as … a stray and in heat, when she showed up at our facility we couldn’t turn her away. Joy is approximately 45 pounds and fully grown. She is seriously the sweetest, most affectionate girl. She loves to go lay in her bed and play with her toys after the daily zoomie sesh. She does not tear up toys or her bed so she’s very trustworthy with all the spoiling necessities. She will let you dress her up, bathe her, and love on her with ease. Joy Noel would prefer to be the only dog in the home but is okay with cats! With proper introductions we has done well with our resident cat and is more standoffish than anything – she seems to know who the boss is! The adoption fee for puppies covers initial deworming, puppy vaccinations, microchip, and spay/neuter at the rescue’s approved vet at 6 months of age. 2022 Adoption Fee Scale for non-benefactor animals: Puppies under 12 months – $350; Dogs over 12 months – $250. Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters in Southeast Louisiana, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our puppies live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it’s the perfect match! Any breed labels used by Take Paws Rescue, its employees/volunteers, or on vet records provided cannot be guaranteed. Breed labels are given based on information obtained during intake and/or best guesses based on appearance and/or temperament of the dogs and Take Paws Rescue gives no assurance to the accuracy of these labels.
