Jack (Texas only)

“Hi, I’m Jack! I have the look of a large dog in a small package at only 20 pounds, and I have such a shiny sleek black coat. My main purpose in life is to give and receive love and affection. I am a submissive, sweet velcro dog, and I love to supervise what is happening in the kitchen or elsewhere … in the house. I am not barky, and I am reliably potty trained. I am friendly with other dogs and not bothered by cats. Lately, I’ve been enjoying walks on a leash (however I may need more leash work), and I would love a yard to lounge or run in. I’m a 4-year-old good boy, and I would absolutely love to be your companion! IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on shots. All of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.
