This sweetie is Honey, a delightful 6-month-old puppy filled with excitement to explore the Pacific Northwest and meet her new family. Honey is thrilled about everything in life and believes it’s truly wonderful. She is incredibly cuddly and sweet, relying on human companionship as she wouldn’t … survive on her own in the wild. Honey got her name not only because of her honey-colored coat and sweet nature but also because she adores being close to you, ideally snuggled up next to you with her nose buried in your armpit. She strikes the perfect balance of being quick to learn new things without getting into trouble. Honey is excellent on a leash and is working on controlling her urge to jump and hug people. With her curious nature, she would make an excellent adventure companion for hiking, long walks, or even joining you at the office. As a young pup, she does have plenty of energy and will need an outlet to release her puppy spazz. Due to her enthusiastic jumping, we recommend older kids who wouldn’t be easily knocked down if she gets excited. Honey gets along well with all dogs and while she hasn’t lived with a cat before, we assume she would do well with them. She is currently happily coexisting with a dominant older dog in Seattle, WA.
