Georgie

Georgie is a 1-year-old, 17 lb Cavalier/Poodle mix. He came to us after spending most of his life outside. Unfortunately, he wasn’t handled or interacted with much, so he is very shy around new people. Once Georgie feels comfortable with you, he loves to snuggle and give kisses. He will also push … his nose into you to ask to get pet. Georgie absolutely adores other dogs and we think he would be fine with cats, too. He is playful and loves to run around his foster family’s fenced in yard. He enjoys playing with toys, too. Georgie is crate-trained and loves to eat. He requires a patient, understanding home who is willing to work with him. REQUIREMENTS: -Another dog – he follows the lead of other dogs – A secure fenced in yard. Georgie is NOT comfortable on leash and is skittish, so it is imperative he goes to a home who is cautious. – No children – Georgie is NOT aggressive in the least but due to his skittish nature, he needs a quieter home. His adoption fee is $300, which includes his shots up-to-date, neuter, heartworm testing, and microchipping. You MUST live in Metro Atlanta to adopt him. No exceptions.
