Say hello to Gary! He is a 2-year-old German Shepherd who weighs 60 pounds. Gary arrived in our care with a broken rear leg so to help his long-term health we chose to amputate and he has been doing great ever since! He can be sensitive when meeting new people, but with the help of a few tasty … treats he is a very sweet boy who loves attention. When he’s feeling excited he enjoys running around, going on walks, and snuggling right by your side. Gary shows potential to live in a home with other dogs if they’re a good match and could make a great companion to another dog. Since he is shy at first, if there are children in his forever home they need to be ages 13 and older.
