Unfortunately, her previous families were unable to provide the outlets for her high energy, resulting in her being passed from home to home. Upon arriving at the rescue, Freya was understandably bewildered. She craves mental stimulation and purpose, which she had been deprived of in her past. However, thanks to the dedication of one of the volunteers, Freya has blossomed. Through consistent attendance at weekly obedience classes, Freya has formed a deep bond with her handler and discovered her love for work. If you enjoy working with dogs, you will be enraptured by Freya’s engagement and connection. Her trainer believes she would excel in agility, making her an excellent candidate for dog sports. Freya is both toy and food motivated, always eager to please her handler. In her free time, Freya delights in swimming at the lake, going on walks and runs, and embarking on outdoor adventures. She finds joy in playing catch and using her keen sense of smell to solve treat puzzles. While Freya would thrive as the only dog in the household, she could also coexist with a tolerant canine friend. She has previous experience living with cats and is comfortable in their presence, given they are accustomed to dogs. For Freya to reach her full potential, she requires a home with someone who understands dog behavior, particularly with bully breeds.
