So, she does have a buddy to hang out with during her stay. … Franny has a hard tumor on her body that was visually examined by a veterinarian on March 13. He does not think it is cancer. However, given her age, it still could be, and might not be discoverable until she is spayed. Staff is going to give her a chance to be adopted. She will have to be spayed before she can go home with you as your own. So, if you meet her and fall in love, and are willing to take a chance, she will be spayed after the adoption paperwork and fees are completed. Call the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require exact change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is unable to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!
