Silly Evans came to us as a young puppy after being dumped in a box with his 7 siblings. He had a hard start to his life after testing positive for parvo. Fortunately, all 7 puppies are strong and are now proud parvo survivors! We named the puppies after 14ers in Colorado since several of them are … being fostered in the beautiful Rockies! Evans was named after Mount Evans, which is one of the most recognizable peaks in the Front Range. It has an elevation of 14,271 feet and can be seen from over 100 miles away. Evans is definitely a standout in his litter. Not only is Evans the only solid black pup, but he has a big personality and his own cute, distinct bark. Evans is a super playful puppy that loves attention. He enjoys pouncing on his siblings and exploring. He is also a huge fan of all toys, especially ones he can run after! He would do great in a home with kids and other dogs. Evans is looking for a family with lots of energy that can give him loads of love and attention. He will need someone who can be patient and is willing to work with him on his training. We estimate his birthday is June 1, 2023. Our out of state adoption fee is $300 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, a heartworm test if over 6 months old, and health certificate.
