My journey started in a rural area, where I was found gallivanting around a pasture. Luckily, some kind-hearted folks from the neighborhood spotted me, provided me with safety and … care, and eventually brought me to ARFhouse. It didn’t take long for me to win over the hearts of the ARFhouse employees, quickly becoming a cherished favorite. Though the ARF girls tirelessly searched for my family, luck wasn’t on our side. And so, here I am, on the hunt for my forever home! Now, let me give you the lowdown on what makes me so special. I’m a delightful mix of Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler and Border Collie, weighing in at a modest 33 pounds. While I may be somewhere in the range of 5 to 7 years old, my spirit is as youthful as a playful puppy. You see, I’m not just adorable, I’m also smart, energetic, and athletic. I get along splendidly with other dogs, and when it comes to humans, well, I’ve never met a stranger. Here’s the deal, though. I need plenty of space to stretch my legs and engage in some good ol’ running and playing. An apartment just won’t cut it for me. But hey, on the bright side, I’m open to the idea of having a four-legged companion, although being the center of attention as an only dog suits me just fine. Picture this: a happy-go-lucky goofball who’s eager to join a fun-loving family. We’ll go on walks, have a ball game in the yard, and when the day winds down, you can snuggle me until I drift off into a contented slumber.
