A well-mannered, cuddly pup who learns fast and listens well, that’s what you’ll get if you adopt Chloe Bell Cleveland. This beautiful girl has already mastered crate training, potty training, leash training, and recall training. She’s so smart and she listens so well! She will occasionally still … jump up for attention, but she corrects very easily. At potty time she will go outside, do her business, and come right back in. Not only is she smart and picking up training quickly, she is also very sweet and cuddly. She loves to be with her person, receiving as many pets as possible. She would rather hang out with adults, but she is patient and gentle with kids of all ages. She has the biggest heart and just wants to love you and be loved in return. Chloe’s favorite toy is her tennis ball. She is obsessed! She will bat it from side to side with her paws, and then chase it when it gets away. She carries the ball everywhere and she loves a good game of fetch. She also loves to play in water! She is dog friendly and loves playing with her doggy foster-sibling. She also loves to go on a good walk or car ride. She loads in and out of the car all on her own and rides quietly. A staff member had this to say about her: “Chloe is an awesome girl! She played chase with the dogs we brought out and is a bit rough and rowdy, but she also checks in with her people in the yard and takes breaks from playing. I could definitely see her in a home with another playful dog who can match the rowdy and her chill side, I also think she would do okay without another dog in the home as long as her needs are met. Inside she finds her toy and a comfy spot and hangs out. She was unsure of the cats and would lose interest pretty quick. I would say calmer avoidant cats who have their own space.” The ideal home for Chloe will be one where she can go on regular walks, run errands or go on adventures in the car, play fetch with a tennis ball, and gets lots of love. She would not do well in an apartment as she can become vocal when she’s left alone, or when she wants attention. She can live with kids, dogs, and cats… or without.
