Carter is a big ball of fun! He loves everyone and he’s a gentle giant, friendly with everyone! Carter was being abused by kids in a San Antonio neighborhood. A Good samaritan intervened on his behalf and another Good Samaritan offered to care for him and connected with this rescue for help with … his physical wounds. He is all better now and his vetting needs have also been addressed. He is gentle with a tiny kitten in foster care and plays best with larger dogs. He is a strong boy so definitely needs a strong handler. He would benefit from basic obedience training to instill control when walking. He is loving and friendly and outgoing. He craves love and would do great in an active household who loves taking their companion with them. He loves kids but might knock them over if they’re young kids.
