This is Betsy, an adorable one-year-old shepherd mix who is as cute as a button and ready to find her forever home. Betsy came to us as a stray, so her history is unknown, but during her time with us, she has shown to be good with other dogs in her play group and the caring staff. With average … energy for her age and potential breed mix, Betsy is a well-rounded companion. While we do not have information on her house or obedience training, she is already kennel trained. We have not observed her around toddlers or cats, so introductions would need to be done carefully. Currently located at our rescue in Texas, you can secure Betsy for yourself through a pre-adoption process. This involves submitting an application, getting it approved, and paying the adoption fee, which is $450. The fee covers spaying/neutering, vaccinations, heartworm testing, microchipping, health certificate, and transport fees. We provide a 30-day trial period to ensure Betsy is the right fit for your environment, and if it doesn’t work out, you will need to foster her until we find a suitable home.
