Barney is a stray that wandered up to a family’s home. He is a German Shepherd Dog & Rottweiler Mixed Breed with short coat. Owners have not been found so he is now available for adoption. He is in a foster home around chickens and he is not really interested in them. He enjoys car rides, he is … friendly with other dogs, and is super smart. He has a submissive personality and will roll over if another dog growls at him. He responds to basic commands – sit, lay down, shake, and speak. He tries to do “stay” but he doesn’t have that down yet. He will catch a treat in the air and is very gentle if you give it to him by hand. He is very laid back and doesn’t jump on.
