Baby arrived on February 8th, and she is having a difficult time transitioning to the shelter life. At only a year old, it is heartbreaking to see her lie at the back of her kennel without a desire to leave it or interact with people. Even with time outside of the kennel, she is withdrawn and sad. … Baby even flinches even when food bowls are clanking. Noises are scary. It’s so sad.
