“Hi, I’m Allie. I’m the sweetest 3-year-old doggy you will meet this year. I have had a hard life. I was found as a stray and this might be the first time I have had a soft bed to lay on. I am a very sweet and quiet girl who is a bit nervous at the shelter. I don’t seem to know any commands so … could use some help learning. I will work for treats, so it won’t take me long to get the hang of things. I am super easy to leash and love to go for leisurely walks. Or just hanging out in the yard. I don’t play with other dogs but like them as long as they aren’t constantly in my face. I am a co-exister and prefer to meet for some polite sniffing before breaking off to enjoy cuddling a person instead. My other dog friends will need to be uninterested in playing and should prefer to just hang out and give me space. Are you looking for a very chill dog to hang out with? That would be me. I could be a couch potato without too much coaxing! Just in case you need to know, I am the best at getting a bath. I stand there and lift my feet to get cleaned.
