Ace II is a handsome and friendly 2-year and 7-month-old male, Lab mix. He is very friendly and outgoing. He is house trained and will alert when he has to go out. He knows some basic commands like “sit” and “stay” and some tricks. He knows to stop whatever he is doing and come over and sit down, … when his person snaps their fingers, especially if a treat is involved! He has lived with kids ages 3 to 14 and did well with them. He has lived with small dogs and does great with them. We do recommend a meet and greet with an existing dog if there is one already in the home. He walks well on leash. He weighs 50 pounds and is full grown. Meet and greets are by appointment only with approved applicants. Adoption fee for this pup is waived; however, approval process is still necessary. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog’s mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. This pup, like all pups should be on heartworm preventative, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
