About Rocket
Rocket is a 4-year-old, 8lb Terrier mix. He’s dog friendly with slow introductions. He’s house trained when kept on a schedule and crate trained which his foster has him in when they are not home. He’d be good with a secure fenced in yard and/or going for harness leashed walks. He can be cuddly and … affectionate with his person when he is in the mood. He’ll need time to warm up to new people. Rocket must have people to give him leadership, consistency, structure and to continue working with him on his training. Peter Wolf of Your Happy Dog who volunteers his time with Tiny Paws will be at the meet along with all humans and animals in the house to help with the transition. If your home DOES NOT fit this please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone not a fit. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Rocket is neutered, vaccinated, hw negative and micro-chipped. He is currently in Phila, PA.
